i have fusion cells but not replacing?

i have fusion cells for the power armor but it's not replacing them when they hit 0%, any help?

Power armors use fusion cores, not cells, and change should be automatic once core hits 0 ....

"Fusion Cell's" don't give the "Power Armor" power. To power the "Power Armor" you use a "Fusion Core"

I did this also, cores for power armor, cells for weapons.
