Can you list your system specs please.
What does the crash message say?

Go to Reliability History, find the crash, Right Click, View Technical Details, look at the Fault Module line, what does it say?

Common problem for 8/9 series mobile nvidia gpus solution is to set the game to Borderless Windowed instead of Fullscreen.

It doesn't have a crash message, the game just closes as soon as I click "Play", I also did try to use windowed but it had the same problem.

What is your GPU?

How do I check it?

Win(key) + R
type "DXDiag"
Display tab, Chip Type =
Driver Date/Version would also be helpful (right side).

Alternative
Speccy software

Verify the game cache and see if that helps as well.

Idk what the "Win" key is.

Between Ctl and Alt on the left side of your keyboard.

Alternative.
Just click "Start Button" at the bottom left of your screen. once opened, just start typing "dxdiag" and push enter.

You guys always throwing me riddles.

Anyways... I think that's a ATi 4550.

That card doesn't support DX11. The only solution is to Force DX10 mode. It may not be playable maybe it will after that.. no clue. Results seem to vary but it will launch it and "run" it, just might not be playable.

Good luck. I have a bad feeling about it in your case.

Why are you guys so cruel to me on this site?

This isn't a problem on EA's forums. People post their system specs after being asked once.

Operating System: Windows 8. 1 64-bit (6.3, Build 9600)
System Model: M52BC_M32BC
BIOS: 0303
Processor: AMD FX(tm)-8310 Eight-Core Processor
Memory 8192MB RAM
DirectX Version: DirectX 11

Usually when people are reluctant to give specs its because they know that's the issue they are having but won't admit it so they give us the run around thinking we may come up with something just like the miracle worker MR Scott did for Capt Kirk ;)

The 8310 has no APU so you MUST have a GPU in that system or else you'd have no working monitor.

Display Tab of DXDiag.
