i havested 4 from bushes but i don't have any to plant?

Are they in your inventory?

Harvesting from bushes in the wild will give you 'Wild' fruit and its not plantable.

you might have used them in crafting chems or food (they are in some recipes ) does one need a perk to plant stuff (the perk tree is so stupid they way it's implemented)

You can find normal mutfruit in random locations and also from traders and dead bodies. First place I found it was gray garden, go there and there are loads of mute fruit

Buy it or harvest it from the plants inside other settlements. The stuff in settlements will give you plantable mutfruit.

You should have been told by Preston to go look at grey garden. it is right above a lake shaped like a C on the map, below the starlight drive in. But like I said, you get a quest from Preston to go and find gray garden

wild fruit can't be planted it has to be fresh, you can get it from almost any farm or diamond city
