Different Nick Valentine / Long Time Coming Bug (Possible spoilers)

After I completed Dangerous Minds, Nick told me his background and gave me his personal quest, including the holotape he held. I didn't go after all the tapes right away; I decided to pick them up as I made my way to different areas of the map for other missions. So now, 30+ hours of gameplay later, I finally have the last tape. Except now Long Time Coming has disappeared from my Data Quest list, and talking to Nick doesn't give me a dialogue option to tell him about the tapes. In fact, I didn't realize the significance at the time, but at some point he stopped asking about progress on the tapes. Was there a time limit to the quest, or did I hit a different bug? Any ideas on how to progress the quest?

Console commands can be used to force start, set the "stage" of the quest and complete quests. Helpful to fixing bugs or if it isn't a bug still "fixing" it.

5 bugs are listed for it. Skimmed them, none really sounded like your issue though.

I also didn't see anything about being locked out of the quest for any reason; time or another quest or something else.

Thanks. I've never used the console to reset a quest before. Do I probably need to drop tape 0 (the one Nick gives), go to the Memory Den, and reset the last stage of Dangerous Minds?

Using the resetting the quest ID for Long Time Coming didn't do anything, and I'm not sure whether it's the end stage of Dangerous Minds I need to reset. Even though I have Nick's Eddie Winter holotape, it's like he never gave me the quest. I need more help to fix this. Anyone with ideas?

I still need help with this issue. Either I didn't use the reset quest command correctly or it is not the solution to my problem. Anyone with ideas?

I have played 470 hours, I got 9 Eddie Winter holotapes, but Nick never gave me the quest. Don't worry about him, I enjoyed with DLC. :)
