Zoomed resolution.
I've already been playing for 60hours and today when I went to launch Fallout4 it reset my settings and put them to low(originally set at high) then when I actually started the game the resolution(set at 1360x768) wasn't what it was supposed to me, I couldn't see my health or AP bars or the navigation bar. So what I'm saying here is...what happened that after almost 3 days of gameplay that all my settings have changed and I can't adjust them.

Did you do any .ini changes?

So you are sure that you just open the launcher and click high, then OK. You start up the game and it doesn't change?

I haven't modified anything, no .ini
I open the launcher it does the auto detect for settings, originally set for high then today it set for low and the resolution is obscured.

Did you try choosing high and the best resolution? Full screen as well?

Both, I've tried every resolution available but I don't want to be playing on 1/4 of the screen.

What aspect ratio are you playing at?

What gpu do you have?

1360x768 is my monitors resolution and I've got an Intel HD graphics 4600

The game does not support your gpu, I do not know what else to say, the game also does not support that resolution without tweaks.

Your gonna have to play like that

But I had no problems playing normally for 60hours. Why would it just stop working now? Also this http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=584733024

Have you tried updating your drivers?

I think it's probably do to bloat Bethesda games seem to have. Basically the more you play the more there is, so slowly it starts to run worst, so technically from the first hour to the 100th hour is should technically be harder to run.

I think of that because you said it randomly did it, forcing you into a lower res or else it would just crash.

But yea, not much you can do, your gpu is very very underpowered along with your entire machine. Maybe you can try deleting your data folder then verify game files, maybe delete the 2 .ini files in the my games folder then verify as wrll

what kind of laptop do you have?
Pedango Dec 26, 2015 @ 3:47pm
Actually I just looked into my stuff and i have a AMD Radeon HD 7700 series card as well, I'm not on a laptop. I wonder if disabling the intel 4600 would fix the issues.
