so your saying the REGISTRATION code, found inside the package, is the DIGITAL DOWNLOAD code, yes or no? :I

because if i use the code, and its NOT the digital download, how am i supposed to return this thing

Drag the files off to a USB drive.
I've never seen an install CD/DVD this didn't work on... if by some off chance it doesn't work, create an ISO, put it on the USB, mount it on your other computer.
((edit)) If it requires the disc in the drive to work, then the first method won't work for that but should still install it. You should be able to figure it out from there... hint: google
