Fallout 'Anthology' MiniNuke DOES IT HAVE DIGITAL DOWNLOAD?
*EDIT* problem solved

& the answer is, yes it does. the 'Registration code' located on the back of the health & safety pamphlet included inside the mininuke itself, is in fact, actually, the digital download code for steam

I'm pretty sure it is as if not those codes would be useless.

Why did you even buy the thing if you don't have a CD drive?

Put the CD/DVD inside a computer that has a drive.
Drag the files off to a USB drive.

I've never seen an install CD/DVD this didn't work on... if by some off chance it doesn't work, create an ISO, put it on the USB, mount it on your other computer.
((edit)) If it requires the disc in the drive to work, then the first method won't work for that but should still install it. You should be able to figure it out from there... hint: google

I do this to dozens and dozens of software installers for work and store them on my NAS.
