Prydwin Hapiness???
Everytime I check the Prydwin on my Pip-Boy, the hapiness will have gone down another level... same with the airport underneath it. Originally it was at 20%, I think, but by now it's gone down to 4%.

Should I be worried about this? I mean, the ship isn't my responsibility after all, but still.... is there going to be a mutiny or something? Should I be worried about it? Anything i can do?

The Airport settlement is only for the brotherhood questline, you cant really use that settlement at all. The settlement symbol on the prydwen is a bug. The prydwen isnt a settlement. You can safely ignore it.

The actual settlement is a workshop located just outside the BoS forces in Boston Airport. Since this area has no food or water in your game or beds it shows the happiness going down. While the happiness isn't that important for this workshop you don't have to worry about it too much, especially since the displayed happiness is entirely unrelated to the Prydwin. The Workshop is only really needed for a single BoS quest, after which you can completely ignore it.

Or you can send Settlers there from other Settlements and then build it up like any other Settlement. However without using the Console to add items, you won't be able to build many of the normal Settlement buildings such as a Recruitment Broadcast Tower, any of the shops, any plants, Guard Towers, and a couple of other things. But if you don't mind using the console to get past the restrictions that never should have been placed on this settlement then you can build it up like any other Settlement.

I built a bunch of RPG turrts aimed at the Prydwin just in case the BoS ever tries acting up.

I turned the settlement at Boston (Logan) Airport into an FOB/Staging area for operations in that area, just waiting for Bethesda to release the Creation Kit so we can get some more variety in mods such as Unlimited Followers, and custom weapons, and hopefully vehicles, and new types of turrets.

At the airport I built a house with beds etc. and some water pumps and turrets. I moved 5 settlers there. Then I sent them all on supply lines so they can eat at the settlements they visit. Happiness is 80.

Nope, I'd been KOS for the brotherhood ever since the very beginning, and I claimed that place as a settlement.

Well, that's all nice and fine but open to interpretation.
For me the BoS are a bunch of incapable whiny little cry babies which is reflected in their low happiness score.
