System thread exception not handled
Hi.

While playing the game I often experience my computer suddenly restarting with the 'blue screen of death' and the message 'SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED: DXGMMS2.SYS.

Does anyone have any tips for solving this, pls?

I'm running the 1.2 beta on Win 10 Pro. I recently upgraded to Win 10 from 9.1, and didn't have this problem before. Then again I've also enabled the beta after I upgraded, so not sure what causes it.

Read this. http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/faq/id-1653141/fix-system-thread-exception-handled-error-windows.html

It's for 8.1 but it should get you on the right track. I would suggest using DDU to uninstall your GFX drivers and then install the latest for your OS.

Edit: can you post System specs please. Use Speccy (Google it) if you don't know how to find them.

Thanks for the tip, and I meant Win 8.1 of course, not 9.1 like I wrote :)

But I also noticed there were new graphics drivers for my Nvidia card now, and I've just installed them. If the problem continues I'll look further into the the article you linked to.

Much appreciated, thanks again!

Youre welcome. If you get the issue again, its related to you graphics drivers. Follow the instructions I said about DDU which is the very best way to uninstall gfx drivers.
