First Launch: stuck on "Three Cheers for the Wanderers..."

Tried unplugging controllers other than mouse and keyboard. Tried going into the Fallout4.ini and changing bGamepadEnable to 0... still no luck. PLEASE HELP! MUST ROLEPLAY APOCAPLYPSE FOR MENTAL HEALTH REASONS

This got rid of the wanders message when I launched the game, but the game is still not responding to my mouse or keyboard!

Hey! I got it to work. I found out the ini file was changing itself back to bGamepadEnable=1 so I kept the file open when I launched the game and it seems to have done the trick.
