How do I check what version F4SE I have?
In the process of downgrading and a YouTube video said I need 0.6.20 but Im not sure if I already have that

look in your mod manager, it should tell you the version you are running.

Where exactly would it say in MO2?

No idea, I don't use MO2. I would check the documentation files, as I know there is a way....

MO2 is too strong a tool to not have a way.

The F4SE log also shows the version. It's in documents\my games\fallout4\F4SE\F4SE.log

Even though the question has been asked and answered, you can also get your script extender info using console commands in-game.
Open console
getf4seversion and hit enter. This works with other BGS games as well (ex getskseversion etc)
