Fallout London: purple textures

I zipped fallout londons data folder into mod organizer 2 like a mod, then i transfered both ini files into mo2s ini editor also. I then I activated all my other mods and started the game through f4se in mo2. Ever since I started from my last save I've been getting purple textures on the pipboy tablet, weapons, and armor. I've tried for many hours googling for help and nothing seems to work. I uninstalled fo4 and deleted the folders that london said to do. I did back up my saves to a folder on desktop because i didnt want to lose them. I've deleted the creation club files and the HD textures pack files also. Ive installed the mods that were recommended for london. Ive downgraded fo4 everytime ive reinstalled it with londons downgrader. I can't remember what else I've all done. I just can't get these textures to stop being purple. I also can't start a new game with london installed for some reason. It starts the new cutscene and just freezes the game and won't go any father than the fuzzy screen with lines. I'm not sure what I've messed up but could really use some help. Thanks

You need all DLC for it to work, besides textures. Otherwise time to clean uninstall.
Completely uninstall Fallout London and Fallout 4
Clear out what remained in the Fallout 4 folder in your steamapp/common folder. (Steam deletes only what was installed by it, any modifications to files remain in that folder)

Delete Fallout4 folder in Documents/My Games
Reinstall Fallout 4/ Downgrade
Install Fallout London
Install Buffout4
Check if everything runs ok!

I have the goty edition. I forgot to mention that sorry. I haven't tried to uninstall london and reinstall it yet. I'm also trying to not have to start my game over as I got some time into it so far. I'll admit a day and some hours isn't that much but still.

Your saves might actually be ok, just try doing the clean reinstall with no mods except buffout 4 and requirements and see if you can at least get past the train crash - crash free without fugged textures.
