Playing Fallout London Get "F4SE STATUS:FAIL"

Doing Quest Swan & Mitre Speak to Nadin but when try speaking to Nadin I get" F4SE STATUS:FAIL F4SE is not running. Make sure that F4SE is installed and that you have launched the game with. Please I need help with hand-holding step by step instruction to fix this. I am not a smart person.

Sounds like you launched the game through the default Steam shortcut. That won't work.

You need to add a none steam game, pointed at the F4SE_Loader.exe in your game directory (or just go into the folder and run that file to start the game).

I do not know what going on but now game will not even stay connect. It crash almost soon as it load up.
