Some tips for those having issues getting Fallout London to work on Steam
Here are some of my tips after a frustrating first 24 hours solving.
First of, delete your entire game, and with that I mean including your mods and your settings.

Go to C:\Users\User\Documents\My Games (where second user is your username) then delete the entire Fallout 4 directory.

Now download the game and afterward verify the files.
Do not test run the game *very important*

Now download the down grader from GitHub (not nexus mods)
https://github.com/Fallout-London/FOLON-FO4Downgrader/releases

Make sure your firewall allows connectivity for this application and shutdown every other program including your anti malware for the duration of the depot download.

Next run the GOG Fallout London installer, let it do its job.
The game should work for all those *without RTX cards*
For those with you need a mod called "WeaponDebrisCrashFix"
https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/48078

Manually download it, *do not use* Vortex NMM or any other mod manager.
Install FS4E *You can use a mod manager for that*
Drag, copy the WeaponDebrisCrashFix.dll to path C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\plugins

Now you can move on to other downloads of mods but important *make sure they are all for no higher version than 1.10.163.0 this is a hard requirement.

Next avoid Settlements 2 for now as it relies on HudFrameWork which needs to be debugged. HudFrameWork should be avoided for now at all cost as it bugs your ammo counter. You can use Settlements 1 without problems.

If you did use HudFrameWork encountered the bug and then removed it for it to bug your ATTABoy *Pipboy,* run the following console commands from button ~ in exact order while in game and while not having your ATTABoy supposedly selected.
player.removeitem 21b3b
player.additem 21b3b 1
player.equipitem 21b3b

The game might still crash and more so depending on the number of mods you have, but it has been far more stable than it was without these guidelines.

I'm not fecking doing all that. Stupid smelly nerds can't release a working mod without me doing all the work for them. They can go do one.

I'll just watch a playthrough on Youtube lmao.

Lol, because that is a great idea.

"Hey guys, download this product on GitHub but disable your anti-malware first even though GitHub just had a report that said 32% of repos were pushing malware and infecting 100k people per 90 days."

I expect people to understand that when some instruction is below the other line, they know to do it last. You do not put your car through a car-wash without first rolling up the windows, either.

If you do not trust the download, that is your decision and a fair point.
But than you could have done actually your research instead of trying to come off smart and seen that the project page as nexus mods links to the GitHub under section 1
https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4london/mods/1

As far why because most anti-malware do not take kindly to the depot downloader method block it either directly or start scanning files locking them and preventing the application to run its course.

Shutting down the other programs is to free resources and less change of something interrupting the process. If you are sure your programs not interfere, then it is of course fine, but I am not expecting that everyone here has IT field knowledge.

Now if you do not trust the GitHub which pushes the files for nexus mods as well than that is your problem. You are welcome to not install the mod or buy it from GOG. This is written for those who do want the Steam version.

Here is a tip next time you want to act smart *read the actual instruction in the correct order* Than you can complain about it now you have just shown you can not read from 1 to 10.
