Fallout : London, Should be it's own game.
Is there a chance that Fallout London could be it's own game? if so how much you think it should go for if it ever did get released?

I would be more than happy to pay £10-£20 for the mod.

If they want to pay me $30 American, I'll play it. If they want to pay me $100 American, I'll play it and then they can write the review I'll post.

(Dear "moderators." This is what we call a "joke." It isn't serious and I'm not actually angling for any cash. You know, just in case this is like the last time when I was talking about selling in-game loot to the in-game vendor in a single-player game and you locked my account. Mkay?)

Im more disappointed that it requires Fallout 4 + *All* DLCs. I'm not buying the game for the third time (Got PS4 version + PC) and there is no way I'm paying 89,92€ for all the DLCs on the store.

STALKER Anomaly did it right. It uses all 3 games and all of their content to work, but instead of asking the potential player to go and buy all 3 games, they made the mod stand-alone.

That's what I mean though, if it were a standalone version which were about £10-£20, would be better for people like yourself.

See you need better training, go watch Ninja Assassin, and practise more, I heard you coming from a mile away. Also bloody sharpen your sword, it's dull.

Exactly, besides hasn't bethesda added paid mods again? Why FOLON team didn't use that system? I'd happily support them too.

CDkeys dot com for less than 10$/£/euro for the goty edition even less if you just need the season pass that's the first thing, If you really think you need to buy the game again on pc while already having it on pc then id stay away from it as you'l get stuck doing the downgrade and installation of the actual mod itself.

Sadly the second they try to make it a standalone game ventures into the world of copy rights and such and big boy microsoft/bethesda would be able to come in and shut it down at the source because they are using their work to make a mod to sell to you.

Now if Bethesda/microsoft actually thought about this and worked with Team Folon and made it into a proper DLC then a lot of work helping people getting the mod to work could have been saved etc. Sadly both Bethesda and microsoft are a bit shortsighted and didn't see the need to help with the mod etc

Got a question: if I install london, can I still play the regular Fallout 4? I still haven't played all DLC and I don't want to need to download everything again.

Easiest and quickest way, though not the most space-conserving way, to do this and be safe in it would be to simply clone your FO4 folder to make a FOLON specific installation. Which is exactly what I've done - necessary for me personally because my main game is updated and I don't want to roll it back, so I cloned it and then downgraded the clone. That way you can guarantee not messing with a single thing to do with your main installation.

Technically no, not from the same game files.

You need to make a full copy of the main fallout 4 folder and put it somewhere outside of your steam install location and call it Fallout 4 London (For example)

now install the FO4 london mod to the newly created fallout 4 london folder as normal, Leaving the fo4 folder in your steamapps location alone. Copy the fo4 london shortcut form the fo4 london folder to your desktop and there you have it 2 installs of fo4 1 london and 1 not london

🤦‍♂️What do you think Katana means? It is literally just the Japanese word for "sword."
Do you know how retarded that would sound if you said it to a Japanese person?
"Uh, hey, I'm not looking for a sword, I'm looking for a sword."
