Dark textures too dark (Bug)

So, basically I've got this weird bug where dark textures are pitch black. Like scopes, receivers, all weapon mods seem to be affected (both vanilla and weapons added by mods). Which is weird since I don't have any mods installed to change this or should affect lighting/reflections. Has anyone any idea how to fix this?

It's NOT a bug. Your metal is pitch black because you've installed a mod that edits metal/reflective textures. I have no idea which one of your mods is causing it but your metal is black for that reason. Unless someone else can pick out the mod doing this, your best bet is to disable your mods in batches until the issue clears.

Once you know what batch cleared the problem, its just a simple matter of finding the offending mod in that batch.

Yes, turns out Sanctuary Haven did that. Weird. Anyway, it works now
