Tales from the commonwealth requiring DLC

I installed Tales from the Commonwealth mod (only one from the five: Tales from the Commonwealth). When installing and enabling on Vortex, it shows the notification of missing master and then following upon clicking it:

It is or should be but not from the Nexus version.
Nexus has following structure.

3DNPC_FO4 - Main.ba2
3DNPC_FO4 - Textures.ba2
3DNPC_FO4.esp

The official site has this in the TFTC Pack v3.02.7z
3DNPC_FO4 - Main.ba2
3DNPC_FO4 - Textures.ba2
3DNPC_FO4.esp
3DNPC_FO4_DLC - Main.ba2
3DNPC_FO4_DLC.esp

So delete current version re-download from official site than forgo files:
3DNPC_FO4_DLC - Main.ba2
3DNPC_FO4_DLC.esp

alright so even if I plan to not install the DLC i should use the second set from the website?

btw... On the nexus page there is a "DLC commentary on...." which contains the two extra files

There is only 1 version on the official site of each module.
You need the first menu item from the download tab for TFTC I linked it directly for you but as always you can simply click on it in the menu yourself.

If it still throws up a robot.esm message and you cleared previous alerts than best to contact them for confirmation. However it would be strange for them to not separate it.

Here they state *but not developers* there is a version previous that worked without DLC

Now I can not guarantee this is clean and certainly not bug free but if we are to believe the comments linked it is the previous release archived. I can't find it on the official site so approach with some caution.
