(modding) Cant color vault suit anymore?

It should be noted that i play with a LOT of mods, always have. I change, add, and remove them a good bit too, and mostly let the load order sort itself out

Its been a while since i noticed this, but i no longer have the option to change the Vault suits color/trim, options that i believe are added by the UCO mod. Iv also noticed i cant change the skins of the pip-boy beyond the ones you buy from creation club. You used to have a ton of options for pip-boy skins, i distinctly remember using the all gold skin. The weird thing is i have these skin options on a good bit of other things; i can put the solid gold skin on power armor still, but cant skin my pip-boy anymore. I can color swap my surgical mask and bandanas skill, but not my vault suit. I also cant add Weave mods to a number of clothing items that used to have that option, such as the Wedding Ring and Vault Suit. So on so forth

I cant really think of why this has happened. The majority of my mods are weapon packs. However, i have realized that ever since i started using Mutant Menagerie things have been off for some of my mods. I also use Legendary Modifications and have been trying to work around an issue with it as well, as i play with the Survival settings that require you to scrap legendaries to get Effect Chips, which you can then use to add legendary modifiers to items. But i no longer receive Effect Chips when i scrap legendary items. Hell i cant even scrap legendary items that have dlc legendary effects anymore

Im not sure if this is a compatibility issue or load order issue :/ I mostly just want my colored vault suits back. But if this problem requires me to get rid of Mutant Menagerie, i suppose im stuck with it

Can confirm it was a loading order issue. After putting uco at the bottom of the list i now have access to all of the options :3

I mean after all this, I'm VERY glad that is all that this issue was!
