Otherwise in your nvidia options - if you use a pc !
ETA: a proud AMD user with no issues at all.
I have tried the High FPS physics fix and it did not work for me.
I have played with the Vsync setting in Adrenalin to no avail. I have also set iPresentInterval to 1 with no success.
It's not Vsync, it's Frame Rate Target Control I think for AMD. Just find Frame Rate Target Control and set it to 60 max. Make sure you're doing it just for Fallout 4, you don't want to apply it globally.
I don't see that in my Adernalin software.
No but for me this works and i can enjoy FO4 with around 80+ mods - really nice game ;-)
And thx to all modders wich keep this game playable - especially modded gaming after bethesda´s gamebreakin´patch.
I set mine to a value of 2.
That way it is half of what the monitor refresh rate is set to. The monitor is set to 120hz and so my FPS in the game is at 60.
That works for me.
For me that worked out much better than limiting it within the Nvidia settings.
