Help, concord deathclaw

Hello Fallout community,

After the new update I wanted to play some fallout 4 again.

Everything good so far,
Enter concord
Have to kill the deathclaw
Deathclaw runs away from me
Follow it across the f.cking map.
Can't kill it.

I tried to remove my mods and everything but it won't stop.
No matter what the deathclaw always runs away.
I see this for the first time in my 200 something fallout 4 hours.

Does anyone have a solution?

The way I did it, was let it kill most of the raiders in the town. Then when it's hovering around the forked road, I lay down a couple of mines I looted earlier. Then I kite the Deathclaw through them, making sure I'm not within radius of the AOE. As its being blown up a few times, also while kiting, I make sure to go to town on it with my mini-gun, aiming at its legs to help slow it down. I usually suffer a couple of whacks before the Deathclaw dies. This is on medium difficulty and wearing the power armour.

In case you're wondering where the actual fight happens. I make sure to kite it all the way to the Minutemen building. So less chance for it to be able to make an escape.

sounds like one of the mods ruined your game, try starting a new game without mods

Drop your firewall and allow for all traffic to pass through your router and to get to your Windows PC. Someone from India will contact you shortly and offer support.

create a save before you engage the deathclaw. keep playing with it until you can trap it in an aggro state. like go into a doorway inside a building and have it chase you. the deathclaw won't be able to get inside but you'll be more or less protected as you shred it with the minigun and exploding cars.

if it keeps running away, revert to the save state and try again. keep trying until you finally beat it.
