community hub says over 47000 in game (but do not know how many using mods/cc but just guessing more than just me)
issue still appears to be some kind of local network connection problem on your unknown hardware/unknown OS. perhaps if you state windows 7 8 10 11 linux steam deck ethernet wifi hardware isp vpn perhaps someone with similar setup can suggest something.

Maybe Bethesda recompiled the client with an IPv6 stack. That's famous for totally borking Minecraft networking.
