pre-NG heavy modlist won't start new game, but will load vanilla save

after adding the last handfull of mods to my load order. i get infinite load stuck on main menu when trying to start a new game, but i can load a vanilla save. my question is: if i load a save before exiting 111, should most of my mods function ok? does this still function as a new save? i know before some mods would load while i was still in the pre-war bathroom, just after selecting appearance. these are the mods i'm concerned with not loading proper. will post my modlist, as well as continue to go back thru manually checking which mod might be the issue. was just seeking extra information if anyone had similar issues when running multiple script frameworks, or something that may not be a mod conflict, but just a script overload. as when i load the save i get A LOT of pop-up prompts to configure some mod settings. i think this is probably my issue. gonna try to find which mod is causing the prompts, but untill then.. any information on dealing with script overload or running multiple script frameworks is appreciated!

here is my modlist. it is not my plugin load order just to clarify. things like misc textures and wacky sound pack are just simple personal mashups of textures and sound files that don't require an .esp etc. and are all properly sorted. another thing i forgot to mention above was that i recently used what i thought was a simple awkcr fomod patch installer. i thought the -VIS-G attached in the titled was a mod author name for some dumb reason (was up-late installing mods) and loaded my game with a bunch of those patches. have removed them since learning VIS-G was another sorter like FIS. i also recently learned to use esLify and have been using that carefully even though people say everything it marks is ok to convert, i don't do it to mods that have multiple esp's or dependencies. again appreciate any advice and like i said above i really think it might just be script overload. most of which are used for animation which are some of what require me to have multiple script frameworks. only been modding for about 6 months or so now, so still learning.

If you get "a lot" of things telling you to pay attention to them, that... should be what you're doing first.

your load order is exportable from your launcher or mod organizer.

I'd also suggest: you have a lot of mods. Do you use LOOT to organize or check for issues? I'd strongly suggest doing so.

I'm guessing that you've prevented your game from being updated, but that doesn't really prevent it from being completely overloaded with mods or being in the wrong load order. Some may conflict.

Have you tried just loading a few at a time? Whenever I start a new game I have to load them in bundles or it won't start the new game.

yea i use loot and then have to re-sort certain ones lower that need to be because previs or just invisible weapon if not lower. gonna try loading in some later. the one i think is causing the issue is explosive redux cuz it is the one with all the pop ups when i load a vanilla save. not sure yet tho. about to start testing different methods again now and will try to upload my load order, but above is what i get last time i tried. was just done after messing up my game last night.

turns out this mod was my issue. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/24993
i was looking in posts section of mods i recently added and someone had the same issue with it. removed it and issue fixed. so dumb too cuz it was just an outfit. but it has rgb type effect so i guess whatever that runs off of caused issues. still have another issue, but will probably make a seperate post cuz it's a seperate issue.
