Still no fix for the Mysterious Signal quest?
Nothing plays on the radio, I know you can simple move to the location of the quest but that feels like being omniscient and doesn't make sense ingame.

Not sure what signal you are chasing, but does the signal not get louder the closer you get? The point is to triangulate the source. You will not hear anything initially, but as you get closer will the audio get louder and you are supposed to use it to find the source.

If this is part of the new content then I have not played this one yet. Maybe it is meant to be hard ... *shrug*

Its the new mission they added in April update, it asks you to listen to the signal but nothing will play. Some people just go direct to the location to skip the first part but I feel thats just makes no sense in game how you will know where to go.

It's specifically part of the Halloween pack included in the update, and it seems to register more reliably if you listen to the signal as soon as the quest pops up, rather than leaving it for later (or maybe that's just how luck panned out on my part).

I would suggest testing it immediately with the update and just reloading to try again if it doesn't play properly.

I noticed this quest can get bugged out, it's best to listen to the signal as soon as you exit the vault and get the pop-ups over and done with.

However, you can run around the Vault entrance area for a a little bit, restarting your game/computer may help, but eventually you can get it to trigger again at the Vault entrance.

Happened to me when I was checking 3 different body types on my character before making a final decision on which one I wanted to use. The first character I forgot to listen to it, it bugged out, the other two I did and were fine. When I was running around checking her donk to backpack ratio for a little bit I managed to pull up the pip-boy and get the signal to work again. I believe I did close the game/restart my pc at some point which may have helped.

Thanks, I will try to go to vault entrance and see if I can trigger it there.
