Horizon mod 1.9.4 / Recipe for Ressource Station? And how to survive without dirty water?

New mod version and massive changes. To build a ressource station you need a recipe called "cargo bots". And how do I get it? Already Level 9, can´t connect 8 settlements and cannot even activate my first cargo bot chip without a ressource station. Arrrggghh

Another problem is that you can´t drink dirty water anymore. Purified & sanitized water, Nuka Colas and Alcohol. Once the valuable supplies have been used up, the game is over. I have no idea how to find enough water to quench my daily thirst. Even if I had a purifier module, a settlement at the coast and salt production in the beginning of the game, it wouldn´t help. I can´t build a ressource station in the first place...

Problem 1 is solved, you have to repair Wilson. The necessary parts to do this are near Vault 111. Once you repaired Wilson, you can build a resource station...
