As for Witcher only thing ive noticed was my 7800x3d being hammerd.. still looked fine but i think metro / robocop / cp2077 / alan wake look best rn as far as RT / Pathtracing go.
Granted, there's already a mod that does that, but normally I'd say a native implementation would be preferable. Then again this is BGS so perhaps not.
That also takes an engine that can use it. Creation Engine doesn't do it. That goes for both CE1 and CE2.
If you think Bethsoft is going to do that for a 2015 game, you'll be paying modern-day full price for it and gain so little. (More likely $70 base game than the original $60.)

i mean ofc but if you dont update you can use it. there is literally no need to go next gen with fallout 4
