Report a translation problem
You might be merely seeing something change because your shading or occlusion settings are too broad or not correct. You might, however, also be seeing the results of a removed or moved item that still 'lingers' and since you weren't 'supposed to see through this area' the game still renders it in a specific way.
It's been there since launch and will never likely be fixed, because it's not the kind of thing that CAN be 'fixed' for all parts of every map.
You can see into Infinity at the Christopher Columbus Park, that building I think it's fanueil hall right next to it, holy crap the problems with the map there are amazing.
PRP devs can only do so much to fix this map.
Also keep an open mind that PRP could be just as easily the cause.
