You can post a fix, you just cant post the fixed mod.
People post fixes on mod forums all the time.
Now renaming the renaming mod with your fix that makes it work, that would be wrong :P

I Can't believe no one is using it.. it allows you to rename items in your inventory (like your wife's ring, or any weapon) and containers in game world.. or even your settlers..

I know of it. Been thinking about it because all the named settler mods conflict with Horizon and SS2.

f4se finds procedure's starting address in the executable and hooks them (to extend their functionalities) and adds codes behind them. That's why it's called script "extender" :)

when game executable changes, those addresses change.. so f4se and all its plugins need to find new entrypoints to function properly again.

now the new fallout4.exe was released and plugin authors are looking for new addresses of their hooked functions, and those will not change unless the game exe changes once again..

oh i didn't know an upcoming update is on its way. then yeah, exe changes and everything changes.. not just this mod, but all the f4se and all plugins with it.. will go back to square one.
