that is it ,
There would have been a lot of veterans in the Boston area.
Dinner with the in-laws would more likely be written down as , 'dinner with Carol and Bob'
or 'mom and pop', if they were close. His parents would probably be known as 'mom and dad'.
Nora needing Day Tripper could be chalked up to postpartum depression, as Shaun was born less than a year before game start.
Being whacked out on Day Tripper could also be why everything in the pre-war scene is so idyllic, colorful, and stereotypically 1950s “perfect family”.
Granted, I don’t actually think there’s any truth to it, but BGS is good at putting these “maybe, maybe not” type things into their games. These little, mostly missable “mysteries” where there’s enough evidence to go either way.
lol. But something weird did happen, maybe with your post in the other thread also. I know I made the post.
But you're right. I once was on another forum and its mods were even worse than the ones here. they would randomly edit anyone's posts just because they could. You didn't have to curse or be rude or anything- they'd alter it and if they got fixated on you, that was it! they didn't like if you sounded even slightly like a man, I realised. And you know me, I don't scare.
It was a cat forum which i went on cos I'd just taken a kitten into care. I wanted to learn how to look after cats. I seen some truly awful forums.
Sorry to derail this thread, let's return to normal business!
Worth the 6 minutes of playtime!
(The game essentially says, "That's not what happened," and places the character back at the point where it's said to run to the vault. I just discovered this and can't believe I never tried it before.)
It's a routine occurrence. I've had a jillion comments disappeared over the years. I've seen entire threads disappeared.
