Companion should take care of its own health! Is there a mod to that?
I started playing with Piper as a companion but she's injured too much and fast.
Is there a mod to make her apply stimpaks by herself?

They do use their own Stimpacks... sometimes. Curie does it quite a lot.

Give your Follower some Stimpacks.

That only affects NPCs cos Followers already do use stuff if you give it to them. Am I talking to myself here? probably.
Having worked hard to try to get companions and other NPCs to take stimpacks - they are very bad at it. There is a very slim margin between the point at which a companion will use a stimpack, and the point at which they are dead.

OP be aware that companions heal automatically. They have a built in regeneration power that works as soon as they are out of combat. You can see this in VATS when they are not your companion.
Having this same issue, I gave her a sniper rifle to keep her at range while I'm up front in power armor more.

I'd give her real armor but it's less fun to mess up her nice Press Girl image with a lot of ugly toilet bowl parts strapped to her. Too bad there isn't armor customization for NPC clothes, or none that I'm aware of. I have a bit of beef with this for Fallout outfits in general whereas Blue Jumpsuit + Toilet Parts trumps most everything short of Power Armor. It's 2024 and transmogs have been in WoW for many years now, what's up RPG dev people.

followers have a preferred weapon. cait likes shotguns, piper likes pistols, mcreedy likes snipers, hancock likes melee and if you arent using better companions or a companion frame work you should stick to their preference.

well most of what's in WoW now (character customization, transmog, UI, quest tracking, talent tree loadouts, etc etc) all started out as addons or ideas from players. I still consider Blizz the best game developer not because of their games really (even though I do consider WoW the best game in history...sorry Tetris) but because they listen to the community and have great customer service.

Bethesda on the other hand doesn't listen to the community. They'll ignore the Nexus and push out a turd like Starfield, then you say it stinks and they tell you to plug your nose and spray air freshener. Still I like Todd Howard though..I can't get mad at him for some reason. Charisma is on 10. He'll stab you in the back and when you ask him if he did it he'll say "No" while covered in blood and pass the speech check.

I went back to CP77 recently and for whatever reason they added transmog which I thought was ridiculous until I was able to use my favorite outfits. The best armor isn't the best looking so that's definitely a game changer. And also it made the cut scenes a whole lot better and gave me a reason to visit all the vendors because they added some cool clothing to the game for every build...overall it makes the game more enjoyable when you can dress the role you're playing

OP: use The Cheat Terminal

Blizz: WellLLll no comment
Starfield: Like watching paint drying, what a wasted opportunity. I know they have watched Star Trek and BS:G remake, and I'll never understand what they were thinking to invest so much money into such a boring concept as NAZZZZApunk.
Todd: I can't hate him either https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3uOPGkEJ56Q
CP77: I didn't realize they were doing transmogs now, might have to run it again.

I know that they have an inviso weapon of their preferred with infinite ammo for it, but is there any real benefit to a Piper 10mm over letting her do (probably unless that invis 10mm is really special) more damage with a .308 sniper and keeping her safer by extending her range? Like those boston skyscrapers it really matters to me that she can pick off some of those super mutants way up there where I can barely see them and a bit spray and pray on Righteous Authority.
