This sounds like the brown face bug without much context to go off of other than lack of eyebrows.

Usually caused by mixing vanilla sized textures with higher resolution textures. Fallout 4 is very finicky about that.

i thought about that after I posted. brown face and missing eyebrows are two different things to me.

if you install the HD resolution DLC then you just need a "black face fix for HD DLC" mod or whatever its called. there's a couple floating around the nexus

it was a brown face bug but i fixed the brown face. Now im trying to get my mod list in a txt file so i can post it but its not working out

I dont have the DLC currently installed but now its on 50% downloaded and ill see if that was the issue

the DLC is like 75GB alot of people prefer to use mods like Vivid Fallout to save storage space. but if you install the HD DLC and still have the brown faces, then install black face fix mod that might be all you need.

haha true It took me 200 hours to learn to properly set up my mods haha and I started with Skyrim. Fun times

You don't have the DLC installed.

Oh look, that's likely the problem. The mods require dlc, more than likely.

Not new to modding Fallout 4 i modded game on my Xbox. this is just my first time modding on PC and i didnt run into this issue before
