There are rules specifically about this on the forum for very compelling reasons: ie - account theft, illegal keys, scams, and everything else under the sun. The site's blocked for a reason. Whether the key is legit? who even knows, but you could always have just found a friend to hand it to instead of making lots of people wonder whether you're a scammer.
