So about Vault 31 (TV Show)
On the TV Show I don't quite get the plot of Vault 31.

I mean I get the Buds wanted to create Vault where managers would lead other people. But what's up with Vault 31, did they cryo freezed managers from all over America and dispensed them one by one to 32 and 33 to be overseers?

Or did they sort of do something like the Ghola from Dune, DNA memory from Assassins creed, or Mauler Twins from Invincible wherein they just replicated people and implanted them with memories?

Yeah the plot on that was pretty evident, you should rewatch the show.

My question is , did they wake some up to clean then put them back in cryo? Or is there a large number of robots in 31 waiting for orders. Also are not brain bots historically flawed and dangerous?

Broadly speaking, yes. Although there is an issue of degree at play. There's some that maintain their original personality and intelligence, like the residents of 118, although there are still some side effects. Those are all cases of people trying to extend their own lives though.

Most robobrains are the result of, well to put it simply, a bunch of amoral scientists and engineers trying to create a new more advanced robot rather than some rich dude trying to live way past his expiration date. Brains carelessly extracted using overworked machines that were never designed or intended for mass production. A personality and memory wipe that had to be re-administered every so often to prevent the brain trying to reassert its old personality. (Which obviously they're not receiving in the post-war wasteland.) Brains taken from violent criminals and various other unwilling subjects.

Also if I remember correctly, early models had some issues with the gel that caused degradation.

And that's before getting into the nitty gritty design flaws, like how they would start overthinking the orders they were being given and try to fulfill them in ways that the controller did not expect nor desire.
