FO4 PC help
Hello, I am having two distinct issues with FO4 on PC via Xbox Games Pass Ultimate - FO4: GOTY edition.
Sorry if this has been solved but I am at a loss. I am running ZERO mods.
None of the settlement/workshop DLCs annd items are available via workshop or other even though they show “installed” however far harb and nuka world quests are available.
Secondly, most of downtown Boston gives me extreme black triangle artifacts, not many other zones outside of that OR dungeons/instances do. Please help?
Ryzen 5700
16gb ddr4
3060ti no OC

Iv tried reinstalling, I am level 31, I don’t know what to do

Did you disable weapon debris in settings?

Edit: You say "not available" does this mean that they show up but you can't build them? They either need certain perks or doing a quest to unlock them.

Try this. See if it makes a difference:

Graphics Glitches
  • Update graphics drivers, avoid over-clocking, and check for over-heating.
  • The game uses shaders for its graphics. These shaders are created at runtime and are stored in caches. These caches can become outdated or damaged. Clear the shader caches when you see graphical glitches.
    • Steam:
      C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\shadercache\377160\

    • Nvidia: disable the shader cache in the Nvidia Control Panel, delete all files in the cache directories, and reenable the cache again:
      AppData\LocalLow\NVIDIA\PerDriverVersion\DXCache\
      AppData\Local\NVIDIA Corporation\NV_Cache\

    • AMD: reset the shader cache in the AMD Adrenalin settings, or delete the files in:
      AppData\Local\AMD\Dxcache\
      AppData\Local\AMD\DxcCache\

No. None of the added DLC settlement items show up in my workshop to build . It’s basically vanilla from what I can tell.

I will also try the clear cache option. Just to note as well, I tried running the game at the lowest possible game settings and I still got artifacts.
I appreciate your replies!

Perhaps I’m dumb but neither of those options are available there, my cache number is completely different and the NV control panel has no options for disabling cache. I have the current 552.22 drivers
