Art's Diner Hidden Rooms and Upstairs

In the bar called Art's Diner, where there is also a quest: "A Pair of Jacks", there are rooms behind the toilet and upstairs, maybe secret rooms. They have very valuable stuff in them. However, I don't know how to get there and I can't find any information about it on the Internet. Does anyone know anything?

I think that is a mod. It's in downtown Lexington if you install the Interesting NPC's mod. You can google it for the link.

My favorites are the 4 army dudes who show up randomly and add chaos to the game. Fortunately, they are on your side.

Additionally, they reused the interior of the Shamrock Taphouse and blocked off the unnecessary bits

The room behind the toilet cannot be accessed. The 2nd floor can be accessed however (but it probably wasn't intended). Jump on the diner table then jump on the top edge of the diner seat. Then jump onto the divider that separates the two dining tables. From there, jump on the wooden beam and try to jump across to the 2nd floor (aim at a section with no railing)
