how to upgrade next gen update ?

just downloadend the game has it already the update or have to download somewhere else + also dont see the option quality mode or performance mode in settings.

If you had purchased from GOG, it wouldn't have this patch (yet).

Steam, though, auto-updates to the latest version when a game is installed (you can do a Steam search for rolling back the Next Gen Patch). And IIRC, Quality Mode and Performance Mode are both console-only. It seems that this update was intended mostly for consoles, as it dropped my vanilla PC installation's performance from 60 FPS down to 34 FPS standing still with nothing moving around me.
