best body mod and body texture mod for female playthrough?

Depends on your definitions of "better".

The two big ones that I'm aware of are CBBE and Fusion Girl. There's also 3BBB, but I think it's basically just CBBE with physics. Fusion Girl isn't on Nexus, by the way. A bunch of clothing and armor mods for it are, but the body itself is located on a certain non-nexus site dedicated to the "fun time" mods.

but yes IMHO CBBE is still top dog with the most clothes etc for it. Bodyslide has a bit of a learning curve to get it right, but without it there are no clothes working on improved figures

Even though I always play as a male (since it IMHO is the only plausible way to play as it fits the with post apoc violence) i use the body and looks mods a lot to make my female NPCs more pleasant.
Some say fusion girl is better, but most agree CBEE is easier to use.

When using those you always want to pair it with bodyslide so your girls clothes fit the new found curves and dont clip thru them.

As for skin textures there are many out them.

Thing is pick one and stick with it because if you have one skin and a looksmenus mod requires another and u try to run both is always messes things up

I run https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/30019 which includes both a slew of presets as well as a skin.
And all my presets are based on it ( with some tweaks of newer mods sometimes)

it conflicts badly with Valkyr skin though and many of the newer Presets use that.

Keep in mind on your machine with your load order and your skin mods not all presets will look exactly like the pics.
I usually have about 50% looking like the pics.
but if u have a large pack downloaded that still gives u a lot of hotties to choose from.

I like bodyslide sets from zed140, but there are many other good ones out there.

I still run the unupdated game version (there are ways to do it listed here on Steam forums if u rummage thru them).
The new F4se for the new updated game also has been published as a beta.
