They could've given the CC Enclave stuff away for free and dropped a paid, proper full Enclave DLC, and that would've sold like ice cream on a hot day. It's a nuts idea to do something like that for an old game though, but given the game numbers and etc, it would've probably sold quite well.
Won't happen though. They've gotta fix Starfield and work on Elder Scrolls 6.
IMHO this Quest is given to the SS way too early in the playthrough Out of the Vault.
I worry player will eb savescumming themselves to great OP weapons/armor
A big part of the games progresssion is to slowly finding better armor and weapons and then this will be gone from the game
As for Enclave mods Check out these 3, which I have all played. They are nuanced u can decide to fight or joint he enclave ( most folks join)
In one of them I can even make a Minuteman/Enclave alliance against the Brotherhood.
Enclave Resurgent
America Rising
and
Enclave New Story are all more nuanced
