Mixed Language Bug, even after fresh Install without Mods

Hi,

so as the Title suggests I have the mixed Language problem. Usually this means there are Mods in other Languages installed then Fallout 4 itself, but I did a fresh Installation of the Game and have no Mods active.

I disabled the Cloud-Backup, deleted the Game via Steam, deleted the Fallout Leftover-Folders in /steamapps/common/, /Documents/My Games/, /Appdata/Local/ and freshly installed the Game. But the Problem begins right at the first Menu with mixed German and English terms.

I tried to switch the Language to English and back to German again and I also tried to install the German Version of the Unofficial Patch but neither worked.

Does Anybody have a Solution for this or is this just a side effect from the new Update?

No side effects i would know of. So every folder was really completly empty and no steam-made backup?

Yea, I deleted every folder and turned off the Cloud-Backup. I talked to a Friend yesterday and he has the same issue. I wonder if this is a Bug only related to the German Version of the Game.

When I switch to english it seems fine, at least in the menu.

Es ist ein Nebeneffekt des Updates. Ich habe komplett neu installiert und verwende keine Mods, trotzdem sind Teile auf Englisch. Bei Streamern konnte ich dasselbe Problem beobachten ...
