CBBE does not require FO4SE or any other mods tied to the game version.

As per the mod creator’s words: the only reason CBBE would need to be updated is if the patch added new clothing/armor or made changes to the female body mesh.

Given that the mod’s page is not buried under “UPDATE PLZZZZ @/$3893!;!!/!-@!!!” posts, it’s likely fully functional with the new update.
