Report a translation problem
Well Fallout just got a new patch, F4SE just got patched and most mods need a bit of rework. I don't know your situation (did you revert game to previous version? Did you install the newest F4SE? Did you try to launch the game without any mods to see if it's indeed a mod issue and not game itself?)
So many questions and possible solutions. But safest is probably to play with the new F4SE if you are on next gen, if you are still on old-gen than you need to use an older version of F4SE and make sure the mods that go with it are also for the old F4SE.

All these people advising to uninstall and rollback are causing needless irreversible damage. All that is required is a little patience. Play another character for a while using non F4SE mods. Or play a different game. Or go outside for a walk. 😁
