Hello, the Evening of the Saints search does not work for me. When I try to listen to the strange signal, all I get is static and not the strange sounds that are actually audible. I also can't find the quest via the console to skip the first task. What do I have to do now?

This is a new quest from the last update. But it's done. You have to start the quest before all other new quests. If you start another one first, this one will no longer work

Radio signals are location driven, try listening in a new location. I believe I listened to it in Sanctuary and got the spooky audio, but I noticed I didn't hear it while standing near the Vault exit.
