Blank Space In Perks

I have this blank space at the top of my perks that has no image or info or title it is just this weird blank spot at the top of all the other perks. Any way to get rid of it? I have no idea what caused it and it's pretty annoying.

EDIT: To clarify I mean the perks page on my pip-boy has the blank space that shows me which perks I already have.

Verify game files for any oddity like this

Also, maybe do an image search for ... uh, "Pipboy perks" see if search finds it.

I did, even did a re-download of the game and did a "fresh" download of the latest patch and it still is showing

And I did do a search for this but there isn't an answer for this that I could find was hoping someone else ran into it on the forums.

I actually came across the same thing, I noticed a blank space at the top of the perk list, it was annoying to look at and impossible to remove, so I reloaded to an earlier save, and after being very careful testing out each quest or objective that activates this blank perk, I found out that it comes from activating the first gunner's holotape in the newly added CC quest "Best of Three", the Tesla Cannon quest.

Since I find the blank perk extremely annoying, I decided to skip the quest entirely, and even deleted the cc file from the fallout 4 data folder. The only downside is that I can no longer acquire the Tesla Cannon, so yeah the only way to remove it was to reload to an earlier save, unless someone else finds a way to remove it post Tesla Cannon quest.

It was hard for me to reload to an earlier save since it cut off probably 8 hours, but no longer seeing the blank perk on top of the perk list was definitely worth the set back for me.

Ahh crap, that makes sense because it honestly is annoying even though it can be ignored it's like this little thorn that I can't get rid of it. I guess I need to go into the data folder and try to delete it but the problem is the game when verifying the integrity of the data it puts the DLC back into the game. I guess chalk it up to a new problem the Next-Gen Patch creates.
