i remember to have stumbled into a garage, have read a terminal (apparently with the owners consent)...
and totally by my self, not because the owner asked for it... to get the blueprints.
only coincidence that this lead to a raider location i usually don't visit being cleared... and only coincidence that the bitter inventor and his hired muscle engaged me first.

They call the guy a Weapon Dealer and not an Inventor. And killing him is Optional.
