Report a translation problem
It's easy to install, just copy and paste the mod into the main fallout.exe file area then load the game.
LOL, this was me before I got the mod.
You also know if it's working if you see new load icons at the bottom right of your screen as well.

My load times are 4-5 seconds.

This is written into every 2nd topic about this theme. The internal thread-synchronization is tied to the fps. Also that the load accelerator is currently the only thing that helps.
No worries, I'm surprised I don't see people in here posting about the resolution to this problem.
