I've come across them in Boston so I think they do have patrols outside of the outposts that show on your map if you're following the quest line.

I've finished the quest, which is why I'm asking. Do you know if they still have patrolls? Or does the respawning stop when you finish the quest?

I've played several more hours after finishing the Enclave quest and I (so far) haven't seen any more Enclave troops. Which is a shame, I thought they would be a new hazard in the Commonwealth going forward.

If the Enclave only had a limited number of X-02 armors, I believe I have liberated all of them from their stores.

I've played several more hours after finishing the Enclave quest and I (so far) haven't seen any more Enclave troops. Which is a shame, I thought they would be a new hazard in the Commonwealth going forward.

No? I already had it that i fasttraveled somewhere and instantly got shot down when arriving from enclave troopers. Not as often as other factions but here and then....

Really!? Where!? I really wanna know since I've completed the quest and it's been literal daayyysss and I can't find any!

Me too! I haven't seen any Enclave since completing the quest.

As i said, rare and random. Had a troop when fast traveling to vault 81. I got insta-killed before even the screen changed from loading to ingame.

Have you turned on the beacons again? Maybe that interferes somehow.

Yes! I turned on all the com towers in game! However nothing seems to have changed

Wait should I leave them off? I think on would allow them to come to the commonwealth

I left them also on (turned off to finish the quests and turned them on again). And, as i said, it was a single encouter yet, no more. Maybe their spawn is tied to the mainquest, like the brotherhood of steel?
Don´t have the creation kit updated yet (too lazy), else i might risk a view into it.
