You guys really have two choices either fix all the issues that players have fixed over the years like fps being tied to the ingame speed of the world and various crashes and bugs. Or stop updating the game so people can re upload their mods.

The only other option I could think of for pc is making mods easier to upload on Bethesda.net so then it’s just fix it and then. Download it

14 gigs can do wonders for ♥♥♥♥ tier rigs like mine and others.



they did it with Doom during DRM (and failing btw) they can do it with this update too

Once again Bethesda screw the player and does nothing to make up for it.

They made the right choice. Interest has soared in the game and they added some new content. I for one, am happy they did. Which the update went smooth as silk for me since I don't use mods.

I would imagine also those on consoles, appreciate the update. Since they can't use mods?
I play the game on PC. 4000+ hrs and still enjoy the game more than any other game I have played.

First off all... asking bethesda on a forum they are barely present at all is pointless, they got a FO4 feedback page for that. Secondly, Demanding it like that... you do realize bethesda own the product right? When they say pull all licenses we have nothing. Meaning you have no leverage over the company whats so ever. They can do and do as they please, only way to avoid is to build your own game as then you can set those kind of rules

Bethsoft made the best choice for Bethsoft, not us. That's their MO (as with most businesses). Few are those who make it feel like players are #1 priority (even though that's never true). Bethsoft is not one of those.

Not to be The Guy, but as mentioned, these Dear John letters won't have any effect—an empty gesture of handwaving in the far corner of the room hoping senpai notices you. Maybe The Guy will learn from this or maybe The Guy will keep writing pointless letters.

Thread #554234. Your entitlement is non-existent in a world where a dev wants to update their game. Just like any other Bethesda game, you should have made a backup. You didn't. That makes you look bad, not Bethesda.

Incorrect. When Bethesda pulls the license and doesn't give me a refund I won't be stealing their abandoned game when I take back what is rightfully mine by downloading a copy of somebody else's copy.

Correction: unless you own a physical copy of the game in a game disc and such, most companies that they STILL have ownership of the games YOU BUY and are just LETTING YOU PLAY THEM.
