Missions revolving around helping settlements out or defending them are radiant so they’ll just keep going forever.
Each faction has their own assortment of endless radiant quests, but there’s also their main one which eventually ends with destroying the Institute (or destroying the BoS and RR if you side with the Institute).
Minutemen only have 5-ish missions in their "unique" questline: The start, taking the Castle, unlocking Castle Armory, 1 optional quest, and then the ending.
They are the "last resort" faction.
the radiant quests never end even even if you can't assist anymore, there are still attacks and kidnappings and nearby ghouls/supermutants/raiders to eradicate that it just resets that target location again, and go on forever...
