Red Circle Artifacts

Since the next gen update, I have been experiencing some weird artifacts on screen, which include red circles or white squares.

In the picture, there is an example of such an artifact.

I have had issues in recent times because of my gpu overheating, but after i repasted it, everything was fine again. But maybe my gpu took more of a hit from that than i thought, or its an issue with fallout.

As far as I have tested I do not have these issues in other games, not even Fallout 76.

Maybe there is an issue with the new Nvidia App and its overlay. I will a few things..

I would check your mods. I have never seen red dots like that on anything before. Nor do I remember seeing anyone else with the issue.
- Missing texture are purple or invisible
- Artifact that are suppose dot be hidden are usually doodads not a light.
- Bleed through form bad bodyslide matches are black splotches.

I also find it kinda funny you can play with all them numbers on your screen, but the little red dot annoys you

The numbers you mention are for testing purposes only.

I completly uninstalled the mods now, before I only disabled them via vortex because I knew they would interfere with the update. Now the red spots are gone. Must have been one of the graphics mods I used.

Well if you are seeing them in multiple games it would definitely be GPU related.

Check the GPU temperature lately? Sometimes the fan motors that cool them off fail or you could have hair across the cooling fins.
