New problem walking like your over cambered when not
I start to walk slow like i have to much stuff to carry but can run. I don't have to much stuff to carry but walk like i do. This just started today and idk why. I can exit the game and log back in and it will fix it for a while but then have to keep doing it. idk if this is a new bug or what but idk what to do.

Did you hit the walk run toggle on the number pad?

Perhaps you inadvertently toggled to Walk instead of Run (not to be confused with Sprint which uses Shift, it's a common thing on PC since the Tab button is used for the Pip-Boy). Run is the game default; Walk is toggled via the Caps Lock on PC. Another confusing aspect: you need to be in the original mode triggering the toggle to set it back, either in the Pip-Boy or out.

There is also a weird sprint bug, that sometimes you have to draw your weapon and reload and store it to sprint again. Kinda like you got stuck in an animation or something.

Pretty sure that is a FPS thing.

Too high. The patch also changed how graphics are handled now. The card driver settings take precedence over the INI. So in other words your FPS is not being handle dthe way it was before.

Yes I've had the same experience. As 'Pumpkin_Masher' suggested says mine is the caps lock. Sometimes works with it on and other times without.

Depends on when you hit that capslock. If you hit it while moving you go slow, if you enter your pipboy and hit capslock then and leave the pipboy you will still walk slow but with capslock off now. Can always be fixed with going into your pipboy again, turning capslock on, then leaving and turning it off again. It´s a bit weird but that´s how it works.

Thank you very much for this detailed explanation. This helped.
You mean "over encumbered," right? Because I have no idea what "over cambered" is supposed to mean. What is "over cambered?" I've been speaking English for over sixty years, and I must confess that I have no damned idea what "over cambering" is supposed to be.
