You are right. Some of us will never be able to return to the game as we knew it. And why have we lost that, so we could have Enclave Remnants, Makeshift Weapons Pack and a Halloween Workshop. A Halloween Workshop....really! WTF Commercial kiddie rubbish. There must be a 100 mods that are better then that junk.
Y'know that question in your mind that got you to post this question? It's also thinking "Paying for mods is a dumb idea when they're free elsewhere."
Even if you're on console, you'd be better off to move to pc for so many reasons, saving lots of money in the long-run being one of the important ones.
Most things on the Creation Club mod page is for paying customers that are willing to pay for extra content. You don't have to buy anything extra.
Of course if you feel cheated still, I would avoid steam games entirely. Half of which have bundle sales and dlcs which cost money.
But hey I was so into Sim 3 back in the day, I was willing to pay 20 bucks or more for their content packs. I'm willing to admit that. I won't be doing that again.
this is so annoying as my goal is to make walling off Sanctuary Hills look good bot like some goof ball thinks hedges will actually keep anyone out lol
