If you have an RTX card you should have absolutely no reason to use DLSS on it anyways, unless you've HARDCORE bottlenecked that poor GPU
while I doubt you can force AI interframe generation on a game that doesn't support it, you can always force a lot of other things to make your game look much better, though. grab the NV Profile Inspector and have at it: https://github.com/Orbmu2k/nvidiaProfileInspector/releases/
